📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of customer experience strategies and initiatives.
• Support the customer support team in resolving customer inquiries and issues.
• Conduct customer feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute customer engagement campaigns.
• Assist in the development of customer-facing content, such as FAQs, guides, and tutorials.
• Participate in customer experience workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Contribute to the creation of customer experience metrics and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for customer experience and technology.
• Basic knowledge of customer experience tools and software, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
