Salon Dewi Kitchen is a leading retail company in the food and beverage industry. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for food and beverage products. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product sales and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Participate in training and development programs for sales team members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
