📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of healthcare policies and programs to ensure high-quality, accessible, and efficient services.
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Coordinate with government agencies, healthcare providers, and community leaders to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve healthcare infrastructure and services.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung in healthcare-related forums and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines in the healthcare sector.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the healthcare team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices.
