📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting routine health assessments and medical consultations for employees
- Implementing and monitoring health and safety programs
- Providing medical advice and recommendations to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Developing and delivering health education programs for employees
- Managing and coordinating with healthcare providers for emergency and critical care
- Conducting research and staying updated with the latest developments in occupational health
- Providing leadership and guidance to the healthcare team
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Medical degree (S-1/S-2) from an accredited institution
- Certification in Occupational Health from a recognized body, such as Indonesian Society of Occupational Health (ISOH)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using medical software and tools, such as EMR systems
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
