📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents to the relevant authorities,Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
