Salon Kirana Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental clinic, ensuring the highest level of patient care and business success. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our operations from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team in Canggu, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.,Handle financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, and insurance companies.,Lead and participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients.,Ensure the clinic is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the dental industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in financial management and budgeting.,Knowledge of dental regulations and compliance requirements.,Experience in marketing and promotional strategies.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
