Bay Shine Sejahtera is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with company goals.,Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with project management tools and software.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
