HRTx Inc is looking for a SaaS Contract Account Representative to join our team. This is a remote position based in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS products and be able to effectively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client contracts and agreements,Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Provide excellent customer service and support,Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement,Assist in the development and implementation of new contract strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field,Experience in contract management or account representation,Strong understanding of SaaS products and services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Familiarity with contract management software is a plus
