📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.

Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

Ensure that our fiber optic cable products meet the quality standards and customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Familiarity with fiber optic cable products and technology.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
