📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's payroll and benefits,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide guidance and training to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
