📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant regulations.,Oversee the preparation of management accounts and statutory reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submission.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Assist in the implementation of internal controls and procedures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.,Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff on accounting principles and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with these requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
