📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Handle team scheduling and ensure all tasks are completed on time.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment.,Support the Captain in strategic planning and decision-making.,Assist in resolving conflicts and maintaining team morale.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
