📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily production operations.,Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address any issues.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.,Train and mentor junior operators on production techniques and safety procedures.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Familiarity with production equipment and machinery.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Basic knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.,Willingness to travel and work in different shifts as required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
