Based in Ubud, we are looking for someone who can bring their expertise to our vibrant team.
As an Event/Webinar Planner & Speaker, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and objectives. You will develop and execute event strategies, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless execution. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your speaking skills, delivering engaging presentations and insights to our audience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute event and webinar strategies from concept to completion
- Manage event budgets and ensure financial efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and speeches
- Conduct market research and analyze event metrics to improve future events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and webinars
- Ensure compliance with event regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain detailed records and reports of all events and webinars
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and webinar management
- Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo
- Strong presentation and speaking skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
