In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
