📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth and efficient network performance.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor and manage network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends, and recommend appropriate technologies for implementation.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of IT services, and respond to any incidents or outages in a timely manner.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of IT services and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT supervision or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
