📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and development.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the store.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English as a plus.
