📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.,Lead and mentor a team of internal auditors.,Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.,Prepare and present audit findings to senior management.,Maintain and update internal control systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
