Warung Kirana Laundry is looking for a Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our laboratory team, ensuring that all tests and analyses are conducted accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining the lab's equipment and supplies, and for training and mentoring junior technicians. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians,Conduct and oversee all lab tests and analyses,Maintain and calibrate lab equipment,Order and manage lab supplies and inventory,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs),Train and mentor junior lab technicians,Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology),Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lab technician,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in lab equipment and techniques,Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory standards,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
