📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning programs that support the growth and development of employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support and feedback to learners.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Work with the HR team to develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the learning and development team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
