📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of infrastructure projects to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure development in collaboration with project teams.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, and project management software to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of infrastructure projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in infrastructure development.
• Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and growth strategies for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure analysis or project management, with a focus on national infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure development principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian infrastructure development policies and procedures.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
