📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the palm oil mill, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, performing regular inspections and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Analyze production data using SAP MM and SAP PP to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in palm oil mill operations, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP MM and SAP PP software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
