PT Bangka Industrial Solutions is seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to join our team in Pangkal Pinang. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production schedule to ensure efficient and timely completion of production orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production scheduling, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet production targets and customer deadlines.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.,Communicate production plans and schedules to relevant stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Continuously improve production processes and schedules based on feedback and performance data.,Manage and update production schedules using scheduling software.,Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling or a similar role.,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning techniques.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations.
