PT Raya Karya is looking for a dedicated QA Engineer to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure the quality of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement test plans to ensure the quality of software products.
  • Execute test cases and identify and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that software meets quality standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing.
  • Document test results and provide reports to stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Mentor and train junior QA Engineers as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
