PT Eka Astrid is looking for a dedicated and professional Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, but you will be based in Bintaro. The salary range for this role is Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage inventory levels and restock items as needed,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and inventory management,Assist in training new employees on cash handling and customer service,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment,Strong communication and customer service skills,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Good mathematical skills for accurate cash transactions,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Willingness to work in a remote setting and travel to the office in Bintaro as needed
