📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the healthcare facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Provide financial support to the organization, including financial analysis and planning.,Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and the board of directors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management in a healthcare or related organization.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
