📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write user manuals, quick reference guides, and other user assistance materials,Create and maintain online help systems and knowledge bases,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with product updates,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Work with graphic designers to create visual aids and diagrams,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
