📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's training strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of training and development best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training is a plus.
