M&E Technician - Facilities Maintenance (Office Building)

People Profilers is seeking a skilled M&E Technician to join their team in the vibrant city of Canggu, Badung. This role offers a competitive salary of USD 2,700 – 3,200 per month, including shift allowance, AWS, and an excellent variable bonus. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the mechanical and electrical systems in our modern office building. As an M&E Technician, you will work closely with the facilities management team to ensure that all mechanical and electrical systems are functioning optimally. You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing necessary repairs. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with mechanical and electrical systems
• Install and commission new mechanical and electrical systems
• Conduct energy audits and recommend energy-saving measures
• Maintain and update mechanical and electrical documentation
• Work with the facilities management team to ensure the smooth operation of the office building
• Participate in emergency response and maintenance activities
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an M&E Technician or similar role
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management systems
• Valid certification as an M&E Technician or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
