As a Music Instructor at AME Art & Education Club, you'll design and deliver engaging music lessons using a variety of instruments and styles, including traditional Balinese gamelan, Western classical, and contemporary music. You'll work with students of all ages and skill levels, tailoring your teaching approach to meet their unique needs and interests. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your love for music with your passion for education, all while contributing to the rich cultural tapestry of Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging music lessons using a variety of instruments and styles, including traditional Balinese gamelan, Western classical, and contemporary music.
• Work with students of all ages and skill levels, tailoring your teaching approach to meet their unique needs and interests.
• Organize and lead extracurricular music programs, workshops, and performances.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a supportive and creative learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their musical goals.
• Promote the benefits of music education and the AME Art & Education Club to the local community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in music education.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the music program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching music to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Proficiency in at least one musical instrument, with a strong understanding of music theory and composition.
• Experience with traditional Balinese gamelan or other Balinese musical traditions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with music education software and tools, such as Sibelius, Finale, or SmartMusic.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for music in young minds.
