📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using tools such as OBD-II scanners, multimeter, and specialized automotive software.
• Lead and supervise a team of automotive technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
• Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
• Manage workshop operations, including inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, from initial consultation to final delivery of vehicles.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and workshop standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to maintain high standards of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a workshop team.
• Familiarity with automotive software and diagnostic tools such as Snap-on, Bosch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, and electrical components.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
