📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Developing new fashion designs and collections that align with ESYE's brand vision and values.
• Creating sketches, patterns, and technical drawings for garments.
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure consistency and quality in our collections.
• Working with fabric suppliers to select and source the best materials for our designs.
• Conducting trend research and staying updated with the latest fashion trends.
• Presenting designs to the team and stakeholders, and providing feedback on design concepts.
• Ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and regulations.
• Managing the design process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and technical drawing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with fashion industry trends and market demands.
