📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the CMP process, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve process efficiency and yield.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex process issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Participate in process validation and qualification activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technology and CMP processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on CMP processes.
  • Strong technical expertise in CMP process development, optimization, and control.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and certifications is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
